MICROSOFt WORD HELP PLEASE ANSWER QUICKLY!!!!???

i saved my logbook on the computer in case i needed an extra copy of it and by mistake ( i hope so anyway) my mom threw it away. now i need an extra copy of it and some of the text have been deleted without getting perrmissioon from me or my parents. is there any way to get it back up?

Go to the trash bin and look for it. Otherwise, do a search (hopefully you recall what you named it. Good luck.
