Yes, I believe Jesus Christ to be the messiah.

Yes! I doubted at one point in my life and the more I learn the more I study the more I realize I was starting to believe material only fit for fertilizer! Just look at the hatetheists like Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris they have nothing that would appeal to anyone with a heart and a mind. Even Bernard Shaw in is later days said that he had searched for love his whole life and never found it... very sad. I prefer the life of Henry Drummond that wrote "The greatest Thing in the World" or the words of Jesus that said that God so loved the world! (John 3:16)

"Christ died for men precisely because men are not worth dying for; to make them worth it." - C.S. Lewis

"A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic – on a level with the man who says he is a poached egg – or else he would be the Devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God; or else a madman or something worse. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to." --C.S. Lewis

Yes I believe him to be promised Messiah. But I do not believe he was son o f God. To me God is far higher than
having sons or daughters. But He has innumerable creatures and He loves them all.

Jesus came to retrieve the lost sheep of Isac's family. But they were mislead because of their love of money and power. They erred and sinned due to thier lust. They even
started charging interest. So Jesus came to guide them. He said camel can pass through the hole of a needle, but a rich
person cannot enter kingdom of God. This is the real treatment of a true Messiah. He knew that their hearts are full
of love for money so much so that there was no space left for
remembrance of God. But instead of giving up, what they had, they wanted to have more. It was obvious that God being the Creator and Sustainer had the right to impose His
terms. But the Jews wanted to dictate terms. They refused to
accept Jesus because he did not emancipate them from
subjugation of Romans.

Jesus will now come again with enormous power of God in
his wake. He will avenge the conspirators who tried to kill him
on the cross and will then establish God's government on earth and will rule the world from seat of David for 40 years.

So Yes! Jesus is the true messiah.

To quote God in "Conversations with GOD" by Neale Donald Walsh, GOD says in book 3, "Christ is the highest example. He is simply not the only example to reach that highest state. Christ is God made man. He is simply not the only man made of GOD. Every man is GOD made man. You and me, expressing in your present form."

Interestingly, if Jesus identified himself on Earth now, he would be ridiculed, taunted, called an imposter, have death threats, be harassed and possibly killed just the same as 2000 years ago (maybe not crucified, we are more advanced these days) by the very "christians" that profess to LOVE him.

Why??

Because it would be absolutely impossible for Jesus to agree (even if he wanted to) to the myriad (hundreds?) of varieties of christianity and their differing beliefs.

Each group would be angered that this "imposter" did not comply fully with their own stereotyped viewpoint of how he should look, speak, act, believe, and perform.

If he tried to do miracles to convince them, the churches would say it was the "anti-Christ", or the "devil/Satan" trying to trick them.

Perhaps it would serve christians to look at this scenario honestly and see for themselves, in their own minds, what would happen if Jesus stated other then their own strict beliefs.
