Everyone will see Jesus return and every knee shall bow, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

I believe it's possible. The bible says (in loose qoutes) that no man will know the day or the hour. But, it also says that not a generation will pass after the fig tree blooms (again - loose quote). The fig tree is symbolic of Isreal, and it was officially recognized as a country again in 1949 (this is disputed - may be also 1947). So a generation (today) is approximately 70 years. Theoretically, following these lines, it could be that Jesus returns before 2019, give or take a few years. I don't know where I'll be, I just know I'll be ready when it happens.

I had a dream that I was still alive at his second coming.
All the churches in our community were gathered on a hill in a hay field outside of town and I just happened to be walking by that way on the way to another town. I asked them what they were all doing there. They replied that they were waiting for Jesus. I told them that no man knows the place or the hour only the Father. I was about to be on my way when a neighbor and his wife begged me to stay. I said alright but not for long as I had to be on my way. Just as the evening sky began to get dark in the east I saw an image made out of bright stars of Mary holding a baby Jesus and then images of Jesus' face, three to each side of her made out of bright stars with sparking tears running down his face. I turned to the crowd and said there is your sign, what you all came out here for and at the same time me and about 4-5 other people out of the 100 or so that were there began moving towards the Lord. The other people became frightened because they couldn't see him and began screaming and fleeing to the west, including my neighbors. Me and the few others joined Jesus and that was the end of my dream. It's really weird because I feel like most people here only go to church for social reasons and I have never gone to any of their churches since I have lived here.

Well, I think I may. I might have 20 years left at best.
Lets see- Israel became a nation again in 1948. "If" the "this generation" thing applies, and a generation is about 70 years-that would be about 2018. Minus the tribulation which is 7 years, that would mean the rapture would be around 2011 or 2012- yeah I might make it. That is ---"if"?

Well, I am young (the next generation), and yet I do think about the second coming of Jesus Christ.
I am not sure if it will be tomorrow, the day after that, a year, or even a century.
But I have to be ready for the "judgment."
Whatever day it is, I just want to be alive to see Jesus Christ. Amen.

I have thought about the same thing, where I'll be when He returns, but only Jesus will know where we will ALL be when He returns. He knows everything that will happen before it occurs, so He knows - not us. I can say this, though: I'm ready when He is - :)

I have no idea, nobody does could be tomorrow, or a hundred years from now. The Bible says that Jesus will come like a thief in the night.

Every generation has had those who believe the second coming would be in their lifetime. Personally, I don't spend time worrying about it. I could be hit by a bus tomorrow and have to answer for my sins, so I better be ready every day.

Oh yea, just watch the news. Even time it's self seems to be moving faster. Things are happening at a faster pace. Pray for the eye's to see, and the ear's to hear. (Even the animals are getting restless.)

I have my doubts, but to me, we are definitely in a time that says to me that it won't be too long after my death - maybe just a few generations. Things just seem so out of control now - and so much of our society has decayed and continues to decay at such a rapid rate.
But of course, we must all be prepared and praise God every day for giving us life, no matter what its challenges bring.
