It's very good, very stable, quite fast, I haven't spotted any serious lags. I can't wait for Home project too. That'll show us real PSN!

you create your account (no problem fast easy process)
you can choose to be automatically logged in when you turn on ps3
you load preferred game
you try to find people playing...
speed is good and fluid though finding players can take some time on some occasions.....
