sure they're good correct to the trinity dogma. The Roman Catholic Church is extremely clean that the trinity dogma isn't a coaching of scripture yet of the clergy. They view the clergy as having the nicely suited and authority to coach/interpret The Scriptures any way they want and that no person else has this good. whilst the dogma of the trinity got here in to the church that's additionally whilst the persecution of people who disagreed got here into the church. The spirit of persecution is the spirit of devil. whilst Nicea exchange into convened there have been 304 bishops attending out of a accessible 5,000 bishops of the church. those 304 presumed to communicate for the entire church and got here up with the trinity. there have been different different councils mentioned as that have been attended by potential of majorities of the bishops and those anathematized the trinitarian teachings of Athanasius yet they do no longer prefer to communicate approximately those councils. Eusebius, the 1st church historian exterior of scripture, exchange into antagonistic to the trinity. that is why he's not mentioned as a saint yet he's asserted as a competent source of church historic past. Trinitarians want anybody to think of the situation exchange into settled in 325 however the communicate has never long previous away. 325 did no longer even communicate correct to the holy spirit and what it exchange into and how if figured into the newfangled trinity. That got here later at Chalcedon. maximum people who say the have faith interior the 'trinity' do no longer even understand what that's. that's a capture word, buzzword, in spite of you prefer to call it that the 'in people use.' area factor: Constantine exchange into supposedly 'switched over' on his deathbed and baptized as an 'Arian Christian' by potential of an Arian bishop. Even pagans understand a million+a million+a million=3, no longer a million.

As a christian you are to believe that God is all knowing, omnipresent, and unchanging. He is the same today, tomarrow and yesterday. That Jesus is his only son, and the savior of the world, and the only way to heaven, and the creator of the world.
When we pick and choose what we want to believe in the Bible we negate God, because he gave us the Bible to be used; 2Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching , for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 4:3,4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, 4) and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.
God calls them pretenders and sinners that don't adhere to all his teachings. So true believers believe all the Bible and don't pick and choose what ever doesn't fit with their lifestyle, or makes them feel bad, because they know that He has a plan for them for good and not evil, a hope for the future, and not believeing everything in the Bible says you don't believe in God, but the deceiver. So whoever calls themselves a christian and doesn't believe everything in the Bible is a liar and the truth is not in him.

A Christian, by definition, means a follower of Christ. Many people have different interpretations of what it means to "follow" Christ.
To some, believe in the bible literally word for word.
To some, it means to follow the gospels.
To some, it means to follow Paul's interpretation of what it means to "follow Christ."
To some, it means to do good things they way they think Christ would do.
To some, it means to take the hateful parts from the bible in order to form a cult that disrupts soldier's funerals.
Whatever the interpretation, all Christians are "following Christ" in the way that they interpret it and it's not up to me to decide if they are closer to or further from being a Christian than I am.
Thank God it's not up to Christians.

you know in todays society, almost anybody who believes that JESUS existed calls themselves christians, there are , like, 4 or 5 , major religious organizations, throughout the world, that are really CULTS, that call themselves christians.Biblically, a christian is someone who is christlike, or is , at least , trying hard to be christlike! as for me, I love JESUS and am born again, but still have along way to go, so i dont call myself christian, but a "believer"and believe in ALL the bible, even the parts i dont like!

Christians, of course. Unless you're talking about those who believe the Hebrew Testament but not the New Testament. I'd call them Jewish. :)

I see no reason why I need to call them anything. They are my brothers and sisters in Christ; we disagree on some things.
But on Jesus Christ and Him crucified and resurrected - there is no disagreement, there is no dispute, there is only salvation.
