The whole grain is the best, not refined flour.
So go for pumpernickel.

No simple answer to your question.
You need to look at the ingredient and nutrition list since recipes and bakeries vary.
Look at the calories, the fat grams, and the fiber content. You want the one with the lowest number of fat grams but the highest number of fiber grams.
