Here's the info:
Male
They had their first set of shots, up to date on deworming and first generation cockapoos.
Do you think $400 is a reasonable price? They're red in color, if that makes a difference.

It is a ripoff, why pay that much for a mutt???

Some shelters, pounds, or rescues have puppies and they are a lot cheaper then that.

Please give a home to a dog in a pound or rescue or shelter, they need a home.

There are plenty of cocker spaniel x poodle crosses needing homes.

Go to petfinders website and look for them in your area and see what you can find, look up poodles and then look up cocker spaniels and see what you find.

Don't buy a designer dog. No reputable breeder will mix breeds, so cockapoo and labradoodles and goldadors are all bred by backyard breeders or in puppy mills. Meaning your expensive mixed breed dog has a very high chance of coming with a mirage of health problems due to inbreeding, lack of quality vet care, improper socialization, and substandard living conditions. Puppy mills and backyard breeders are havens for various kinds of intestinal worms, infectious diseases, parvo, distemper, kennel cough, and many more. You are taking a very big risk by buying such a dog - even at a pet store which gets its puppies from puppy mills, anyway.

You are likely to be investing a veterinarian's and trainer's gold mine - looking at lifelong health and emotional problems. If you want a mixed breed, go to the pound and pick out a cutie that you evaluate for temperament and any signs of aggression. Or if go through a rescue that picks up unwanted animals, has them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treat behavioral and emotional problems, as well as often housing the animals in homes instead of kennels and shelter facilities - offering you a wealth of information on behavior and other perks such as housetraining, crate training, being around kids, dogs, and cats, etc.

Or go to a reputable breeder for a pure bred dog - although there are lots of pure breed rescus out there, too.

Added:
There is no such thing as a second generation cockapoo or any other mix breed - it's all in the genetics. If you breed two cockapoos, you end up with some pups being mostly cocker spaniel and other pups being mostly poodle.

Please don't buy that puppy you are supporting puppy mills by doing so. If you want a mix breed puppy go to your local shelter. I woulnd't pay any more the 75 to 90 bucks for a mixed breed dog. That is with shots and spay or neuter and a microchip. I think 400 is a very bad rip off price and you will be supporting nothing but trouble.

Find out how much it is to adopt a dog from the shelter, subtract that amount from $400, and that is the profit the "breeder" will make. How nice of you to support them and their crack habit.
People who love their animals don't breed mutts, they work at shelters to help them find homes.
You want an akita/husky cross? I'll sell you I just rescued for $1000.

oh my, didnt you realize you were going to get hateful answers about how you shouldnt support ppl who crossbreed? 400 is way too much, 50 would be more reasonable for a cute crossbreed. if you have tons of money go for it, otherwise wait, there are many pups in this world to choose from, for a lot less money. by the way, cockers have been so overbred that they tend to be dumb. no offense to cocker owners, i have seen great ones. but someone crossing them, probably isnt using to great of bloodlines in the first place. they could make more money keeping them straight, so more than likely its not that great, no matter how cute they are.

Why are you spending $400 on a mutt someone bred in their garage?

That's a lot of money for a mutt (how many times are you planning on asking this?).
