That means that your correspondant used an online translator.

Word for word it means "Its pretty good and yours" but as a whole it's complete nonsense.

I guess I'd respond in nonsense Spanish.

It's a little short on context, it basically means

of his beautiful/handsome good and hers/theirs?

Doesn't make much sense on its own.
