Will you, or have you, been there when your pet has had to go under? I feel like, as hard as it is, I have to be there so the last thing they see is my face, not some vet they don't know. It's super hard, but you gotta do it, right?

I had to but my buddie Gunnie to sleep and as hard as it was to be there I'm now glad I that I was there. I would now hate myself if I had not been there for him at the end.

Going through this right now, i have my little buddy is getting to old and is having a hard time. I have to take him in soon and yes I will be there with him till the end. I can't let him suffer because i want his comfort. So I will offer my comfort to him when he needs it.
