Microsoft Works 8.0 - Templates?

Hi, I am trying to edit a template within Microsoft Works 8, I can edit the text with no problem, but I would like to change the default (possibly embedded) picture on the template. It doesnt let me double click to change or delete.
Any help would be appreciated... thanks :)

Works is a fairly basic application, with limited customizability.
