I have 17,000 and after Bill O'Reilly I'm the most politically incorrect guy on the planet.

I'm the guy who calls Mormons a sex cult.

And I'm a Bible believing Christian.

Related to the suggestion that Easter is loosing its traditional meaning: The English term, according to the Venerable Bede (De temporum ratione, I, v), relates to Estre, a Teutonic goddess of the rising light of day and spring.  Her festival was celebrated on the day of the vernal equinox. Going back to the earliest celebrations, Easter was actually a pagan holiday.  Much later, Christianity took the holiday hostage and converted it to their own use.  Originally, the Easter holiday had a great many pagan customs which celebrated the return of spring. The Easter Egg was the symbol of the germinating life of early spring.  The Easter Bunny is a pagan symbol and has always been an emblem of fertility (Simrock, Mythologie, 551) So perhaps the correct greeting for the day should be 'Blessings in the name of Estre' or 'I wish you a fertile holiday'? :-)

If you are refering to the user 'A.H.' notorious for their canned, cut and paste answers, then it's a little more than being 'politically correct' that got them those points (although he is so politically correct it makes me ill at times).

It's called 'points gaming'. There was this troll, who had a list of wierd questions and asked them over and over and over. Well A.H. gave the same cut and paste answers to each question and hey presto! the troll gave him best answer every time. That went on for ages until the troll got deleted. So much for A.H's morals and political correctness huh?

I think if you amass 10,000 points you have a gift of being able to see both sides of the coin, whatever the situation may be. Wish I had it....

Well, to not be reported you just have to keep your answers on topic (so that they actually answer the question) and try not to be too insulting.
Which is nearly impossible here on R&S. Get used to the idea that you WILL get reported eventually. no escaping this. One hint though: answers get reported less than questions. IF you ask a dubious question, you're almost sure to have it removed. People don't bother with answers that much, they just thumb it down.

I'm at 14,000. Not spiritually, and being politically correct doesn't help at all. Believe me, you can try but still get thumbed down and the points go to the person who agrees with the questioner.

Just be yourself.
I hope everyone on here is truly being themselves, and not just putting on a mask, being PC.
Points don't matter...at least not to me anyways.
It's the exchange of info, the learning I have gotten, the people I have gotten to know from what they have written.
Well, I guess we all come here for our own reasons.

That was careless, where did you have them last.

You don't have to be politically correct, you just have to accept the christians reporting you.
