I heard that I should drink green tea or red tea, will any other tea work? like, lemon tea? Cause between lemon tea, earl gray, and sleepy time...that's all I've got in my cabinet. And we go grocery shopping like...once a month. Seriously. So wil any of those three teas work just as well?

my son has been using pine tar soap for a over two months now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks. His skin is 100 percent clearer now

Black tea will not do anything good for your skin. It's mainly the source of caffeine and nothing else.
Green tea is said to be good for your skin, yes. Red tea is usually better for your internal organs.
Lemon tea is probably OK, cause drinking more fluids is good for your skin anyway. Sleepy time is the same way - some more fluid in your system.
I've been drinking green tea and equivalents of Lemon and Sleepy time. I don't see much difference between them as far as my skin goes. But if I forget to have tea for a couple of days I notice that my skin is more dry.
