Turn him over to your parents.. He is their responsibility, if he is acting inappropriately w/ the dog they should be made aware of the situation so that they can take appropriate action against him. If that doesn't work.. Take all his underwear out of his drawer, soak it in the tub, and them put it in the freezer.. next time he asks where his underwear are, you direct him to the freezer.. When he wants to know why.. You tell him ' Cause you keep bugging my dog '

your brother needs help.taking out his frustrtions and being mad at you on the dog is mentally not right..jeffrey dahmer used to do this and...he also cut the heads off the animals he was torturing and put them on a stick...boy needs help..dont sick the dog on him cos he will just hurt your dog worse than before if he sees the dog trying to get even..i told my parents when my brother was doing this and they didnt say anything to him...he was pouring boiling water in his dog bowl..he just happened to be my parents favorite child..he could do no wrong, and when my poodle tried to defend himself and growl and bite evil brother Curtis he hit him so hard.please try to get help froma neutral person een if you have to call the humane society or dog pound!!!!! i didnt know that was an option back then (over 30 years ago).talk to someone at the humane society and ask them what can be done to get him to stop even if it means reporting him to someone.please...for the sake of your dog..your dog isnt safe around him..the violence is only gonna escalate.some has to step in and talk to your parents that they will be forced to listen to and account to..

Speak with your parents about it and do your best to provide a buffer zone for the dog. Unfortunately most 16 year old boys act like they are 3 or 4 and they don't stop until they are in their late twenties.

You need to tell your parents...
Or show him local animal sites that show the outcomes of poorly treating animal.s
Or tell him to grow up, he's 16 and should be mature enough not to mess with animals- its not fair that the dog has to be a victim because your brother isnt mature.put your dog by your brother and hide somewhere.Or, cover the dog in something digusting and teach your brother not to mess with YOUR stuff.

It's not fair of him to hurt your dog like that. The dog is an innocent animal and he sounds like he's just being an idiot. I would tell your parents straight away and let them deal with it before your dog gets too annoyed with his behaviour and does some real damage.

What a little ahole..........I would tell your folks, don't allow your dog to be a victim, too many animals get hurt by people like him. He must be doing it to get to you, problem is if someone was doing that to me to get to me, I'd go crazy, and I think that's what he is wanting.
Good luck, let me know what happens.
I like the underwear answer...........how bout itching powder too?? Although, it could make matters worse, tell mom or dad.

Find another home for this dog before he develops behavior problems and no one is going to want him. It's cruel for a dog to be subjected to this kind of treatment.

now watch, your immature brother is going to get bit, and your poor dog might pay, by going to the pound. if your parents wont make him stop, i dont know what you are to do. but if your parents are good ppl, your bro might get bit and they will say, well you deserved it. doggie has a right to protect itself. talk to your parents, they are the only ones who can help in this situation.

start terrorizing your brother in the same manner that he is treating the dog, maybe a taste of his own actions will wake him up, if not, teach the dog to start attacking him when he comes around.
