i say that "I know somebody who knows how to kill a person in 8 hits"???? please help me, i need honest opinions.

I'd like to add i got numerous threats from this person such as: "ill mess you up"
"just you wait theres still tomarrow"
" id watch out at school today if i was you"
"have you seen Shawns muscles he could take you out in one hit"
"mariah could kick ur a** any day and that day or night might come sooner then you think"
"you might want to watch out for the kids at your school and in your classes"

I do not want to report this person unless i am actually harmed. but lets say i am, would what i said still be considered a threat? who would win the case? any input is good input.

All of this and nothing has happened to you? Chances are it's all talk. Bullies have this way of being real cowards when you decide to take a stand against them. I would still tell someone even if it isn't an authority figure. Like a friend and if he wrote these threats down on paper it's best if you give that friend a copy just in case. I really think no matter what you need to tell someone like a parent.

You really shouldn't wait until he DOES hurt you...you listed 6 different threats directed specifically towards you. (btw, if you said that sentence exactly as you quoted it, it sounds more like a statement with suggestion rather than a direct threat like the ones this person has said to you. You mentioned one about watching out at school so maybe you should bring this up to a teacher you trust and see how to handle the situation if you don't feel comfortable talking to the police. But I wouldn't suggest waiting around until something does happen because those are some pretty serious threats and you don't want to end up dead or handicapped in some horrific way. Make sure someone hears your story.

8 hits? I could do it in 2 if necessary. I am NOT well trained in Martial Arts. If I had any sort of weapon, ONE well placed hit could be lethal to most people. If you hit ME, and the first hit did not take me down, you would NEVER get to 8 hits.

Note: This is not a threat, just a comment on you rather pathetic threat.

8 hits of what? It can take a lot less than 8 hand or foot strikes to kill someone. It depends on how your remark was perceived. You didn't outright say that you could have this person killed, but he/she could still claim they felt threatened by you. You should probably let someone know about the ongoing threats you have received.

Tactics from a bully. Stay away from this person. He is all talk and hopefully no show. He can sense that he can get you worried. You will win and don't be afraid to protect yourself. Tell this person to get off your ***. Your sick of it and he needs to stop. if it doesn't stop, instead of reporting him to the school, let your parents step in to help you. They can speak with this bullies parents and hopefully it will stop. The harassment will get worse if you tell the school officials, but first go to your parents. They will know how to handle this. Good Luck !!

I WOULD SPEAK UP! Before something bad happens. These are threats against your well being. And I can kill someone in 1 hit but I don't brag about it.

You can do it in two hits kick them in the nuts and when they are bending down knee them in the nose this should knock them out cold.and then I beleive they will quit fu*%#ng with you.
Sounds like a lot of talk put and end to it before it gets out of hand.

its time to grow up and stand up for your self tell them to shut up and leave you alone or just get it over with and lets fight some times they back down sometimes you have to fight but you have to remember that no matter who wins if the bully starts the same thing the next day don't take it stand up for your self. i am not saying that i believe fighting solves anything but that's all that some people understand. when you start to stand up for yourself remember what it was like to get picked on and don't start treating other people the way you where treated. you will find out that's its easier to stand up to a bully than to constantly get picked on

I once told a cop that the traffic ticket he gave me wouldn't stick because I knew where he lived and who his kids were.

He perceived it as a threat.
