my problen is that whenever i do the biceps curl the seating version, the stick keeps on hitting the chair. i have my own weight set that i can freely add on and take out weights whenever i want to. i can't find a shorter stick. it's so frustrating like when i'm on my last set and it's so tiring then bam i hit the stick and the weight drops. how can i fix this problem or i can just buy one new stick but i'm too lazy. lol :)

This problem is easily remedied. You can buy a curl bar relatively cheaply, you can use dumbbells to do your curls one arm at a time, or you can use a preacher curl seat to immobilize your arm and isolate the bicep muscle...this also makes it more difficult to "cheat" the exercise by relying on momentum (swing) to complete the rep. (You should have sturdy clamps on the ends of your bar to keep the weights safely in place anyway. If you don't have them, they are also cheaply purchased at most sporting goods stores.)
I hope I understood your question adequately and answered helpfully.
