Twice a day in the morning and evening before i sleep but I pray inwardly to God..........
He listens he just answers in his own way and time there is always a lesson and point when he does so.

I would be lying if I didn't say it depends.It varies from several times a day to once a day(like a mealtime). But I try to keep a prayerful mind @ all times. Like the Bible says, "pray w/o ceasing". It's a state of mind.

I pray always in the morning, before my meals and at night. But I also pray throughout the day whenever something is on my mind I want to address with God.

Are you trying to say that you are a "good Christian", or a better Chistian than those who do not pray before lunch?
I'm a Christian myself, and I remember that Jesus specifically admonished those who tell everyone how pious they are, and those who make sure they pray where everyone can see them.
