make sure it has plenty of meat on it if it has just cheese on it and no meat he probably wont eat as much as he would with a meaty pizza

Does anyone know what kind of pizza a girl likes? ;) Pizza preferences aren't normally based upon different sexes; otherwise, we'd see all kinds of stupid strategic marketing run through pizza companies in order to catch that "market segment." But I digress.
Just go with the good, local stuff (no dominoes or whatever) and make it plain or pepperoni. You can't go wrong with that.
