Me and my boyfriend talk about everything, our past, present and future..thats the kinda relationship we have. we have even discussed past sexual partners, and up untill recently its been fine..but yesterday he completley violated my trust...in front of my MOTHER he decided to tell her that in the past i slept with one of my co-worker...(who i had to get a restraining order against) when i decided to break things off. He even expressed how (dumb) that he thought my actions were, althought he himself has engaged in an work-relationship that ended badly too! i would have never put his intimate business out in front of his mother!! and when i told him how i felt: he said that i will get over it...i feel like i cant trust him anymore, out of all people, why my MOTHER. i will never forget the look on my moms face, how should i handle this i really love my boyfriend but this is really bothering me plzzzzzzz help!!!!!

Wow, was that a passive aggressive way of getting back at you for something? No one in their right mind would think that would be an appropriate thing to do! His reaction that you will get over it is the most concerning though, as it seems he's refusing to accept any responsibility for what he did wrong or to at least try to understand why you would be upset about it. If you love him and want to work it out, then bring it up again in a calm manner and ask him what he was trying to do in making that comment and explain again why it bothered you (again, as calmly as possible). If he still doesn't bend or apologize, you may need to rethink the relationship.

Remember this lesson. Don't ever tell anyone anything you would not want repeated. Your Mom is your Mom. Go have coffee with her and discuss the subject with her. Also ask her what she thinks about your boyfriend putting you in the spot like that. She will always team up with you. This is no ones business but yours. Your boyfriend has a lot of growing up to do.

You might love him, but he certainly doesn't love you. He might be able to pass off speaking about that in front of your mother as a bad mistake, but for him to be so flippant about your feelings and the hurt he has caused shows that he has no regard for anyone but himself. GET OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, in my opinion something in the relationship has gone sour. It seems as if he intentionally wanted to hurt you. If you told him how you felt, and he told you how you should feel, is def a prob. Discuss it again with him, from there make a decision.

i'm sorry you sense that way. All i will say is, do not concern issues will in basic terms get greater proper. i will tell that your youthful through fact while your previous cussing won't be that massive of deal. that is in basic terms a factor, you would be ok.

You need to back off for a while...let him think about what he's done - and when he is ready to truly apologise then you will have a chance to tell him how you feel
He's not listening to you at the moment
So just back off and hold your ground till he realises what he's done!

tlk to him TELL HIM say " you really embarrased me..." then start to tear up a little then maybe he wont do it again and he might say sorry
