I'd go with Job A. Higher pay, better benefits - you really can't argue with that.

How long have you been married? Does your spouse work nightshift or dayshift? If you have not been married long, and the shift you choose is opposite of your spouse, you may find that this could create a strain on your relationship. If that doesn't appear to be a problem, then job A seems to be a good choice. Good luck.

Job A- no question. $4/hr more will add up big time!
The night shift is tough though. I've been doing it for the past 12 months. It might be hard of your marriage if you can't be together most nights. Talk it over with your husband. See what you guys can workout. You will need the extra money to pay off your loans.

For years, I worked night shift and my wife worked days.We barely saw each other all week, but made up for it on the weekends.
Ourt time together was too valuable to waste it on the small stuff.
Second thing to consider. Just suppose you want to look for a better job and you work nights. It is so easy to schedule an interview at 9AM. AND, working nights, you don't get the crazy phone calls and have management hovering all over you, like sometimes happens during the day.
Give me night shift any time!

Whichever one that you'll be able to see your husband more. Money's money but then again money is only money. You're bills will get paid either way right? Do you live to work or work to live? Working nights doesn't always work out for everyone. Sometimes you end up missing evening events... nights out with friends, family, etc.

A.
Faster pace means less boredom and more challenge, position is good for resume, pay is better, benefits are better, history is stronger.
