By 11:30 today i had taken 7 advils and by 1:50 i had taken 10 , what is going to happen/ what should i do?

The max daily dose of ibuprofen is 1200mg, although it can be used up to 3200mg by a doctor. I would first suggest eating something as that much ibuprofen can do a number on your stomach. It is not an overdose.

You are most likely having a migraine which, I'm sorry to say, there isn't much help for over the counter. Caffeine can help alleviate the discomfort some, as can a warm washcloth on your forehead. I would suggest a doctor's visit, asap if you can, to get properly diagnosed and perhaps a prescription for a medication.

and just to clarify this is not an overdose and you will not be harmed by taking this much other than some GI discomfort.




Go and eat something, that will help with the stomach pains. Stay away from anything of an acidic nature.

Don't get to overexcited, it won't kill you but, I don't wonder why your sick to your stomach. Try and relax, it sounds like your in a tizzy over something? what? try and calm down.
Let the drug run through it's stages and stop taking anything. Water if needed.
After this, if you have a headache, try and relax, this sometimes helps, drugs like this are to easy to take and you'll only get sicker.
