I live in New York & I have tryed my local supermarkets but they only have Grade A... and I'mm looking for Grade B. Does anyone know where to get it in NY?

I just bought some yesterday at Whole Foods... think they had various brands and types, but the one I got was by Shady Maple Farms (Grade B, organic).

You might want to check out a "natural foods" store, or order some from Vermont which isn't that far away.

Real Maple syrup is quite expensive, I buy it at Sam's Club in Canada and it is grade B. The different varieties are only in the color, as far as taste it is all very good. Because maple syrup is inherently organic and made from the sap of Maple Trees, boiled down for several days until concentrated while the water evaporates, there are no additives. I would suggest that you try a bulk food store or a Costco Store as well. Only buy pure Maple Syrup.
