Will 30-31 inch tires fit on a stock grand cherokee (no lift). Will there be brush at all? No i dont plan on off-roading or mudding it. I believe stock wheels are 15/6. I know lifting it 2 inches would probably be best, but i would just like to know if its possible. Thanks for your time.

30x9.5. no problem if you check for and 90% sure will not, have interferance on front linkage.
31x10.5's no, too wide. Off set wheels would only make it hit your fenders.

No, you will need a lift first. Its always best to do so anyhow when using larger tires because of clearance issues. No lift and larger tires will lead to damaged tires and/or body parts.

no, you have to lift.
stock on my grand is 16"
