Do you feel hungry? Don't think of the amount, think if you are full or not. If not than eat more.

That depends on how big you are and how big the cookie was.
Most people are supposed to eat 2,000 calories a day. Unless that cookie was as big as your head, you're probably still short about 1,000 calories.
Eat some soup, a sandwich, or something else healthy! You ate plenty of carbs already, but you need some more protein in your diet!

ok first of all the only thing that sounds healthy on there was the bagel (only if it was like whole grain everything bagel with like peanut butter or something)
try to eat a good breakfast. like eggs and a banana with milk or something.
and if you don't do a lot of physical activity you don't need to eat as much.. like breakfast lunch and maybe a small snack. but seriously eat good food.. that crap is just a heartattack in disguise.

You had sugar and simple carbs which basically means more sugar. SO you basically ate sugar today. Does that sound healthy to you? It's not about how many calories, its about where those calories came from. You're doing yourself a disservice, but I guess by the mere fact that you're asking this question that you'll just continue to abuse your body so it doesn't really matter.

first of all I am skinny but healthy. If that's all you want then that's enough. However, i would put something like an apple or some peanuts for other nutritious values. try to get everything from the pyramid. Also you could take vitamins to substitute for the natural stuff ur not getting just stay healthy.

that is a horrible diet!
you basically consumed nothing except processed carbohydrates and sugar. there is no protein, complex carbs, fruits or vegetables. you may have consumed a decent amount of calories but you didn't provide your body with any nutrients. the diet will lead to a very unhealthy body over time. the source of the calories is more important than the calories themselves.

I think you know the answer to your own question. You need to take a hard look at what you are doing to your body. You are not giving it anything to work with. I don't see any regular meals, no protein, fruits and vegetables. Just JUNK. You keep eating like that and you are going to get sick. So treat your body that way it should be treated. Give it nutrients it needs to grow and function, this is the only body you have to work with.

No. First of all, it's all empty calories. You should follow the food pyramid. you pretty much just got 1-2 grains serving and and 2 fats/oils/sweets servings. Way to go. NOT.

The cookie or bagel by itself was enough. Watch out for the calories. Futhermore eating all of that was more than enough. The gatorade and bagel would have been enough.

No. Where are your fruits and veggies? Meat? This is not a healthy diet. All you have eaten are snacks, not meals. Change your diet before you become malnourished.

Not really....
Depending on how old you are [ Older than like, 10, 1,000 calories a day I believe ] you should eat more! But I guess it depends if your full or not. And everybody's body is different.
