Aw, don't cry, it makes you feel sorry for yourself, but it also lowers your self-esteem=*(

This might sound very stupid, and you've heard it before; but things change, when your thirteen. Its puberty. You just respond to things differently, and so do I. You're suddenly so tired and weary of the world, and you can't really find certain reasons for being so lifeless.

There is no way to avoid this, only to relieve the stress and pain. The best way [for me at least] was to stay farther away from family, for a little while. I'd go outside alone, and take long or short walks. Sometimes, it is nice to have a friend along. Life is not a bed of roses, but that doesn't mean you can't live in it. Would it make you feel better if I told you a lot of teenagers cry and don't know why?

I raised 7 kids. They all went through it.

I can't say if your dad lost your dog on purpose or not, but if he loves you, I'm sure he didn't.

When kids become teenagers a lot of wierd stuff starts happening. It's just as frightening for your parents as it is for you.

It's just a part of growing up and as hard as it is, it will be over in a few years.

Hang in there and good luck.

it's not that your FOLKS don't "get" you. YOU don't get you. they don't make you cry, you're just an emotional kid so don't blame your feelings on the people that love you most. seriously, your dad lost your dog on purpose? get real. sounds like you have a bit of an anxiety issue. perhaps you need a doc.
