I asked one girl to tell her if I can date her. But, today she told me that the other girl had said no and she still like me as a friend. I like her anyway and she is perfect for me. What are some suggestions that I acn persuade her to be my gf.

First off, you can't persuade someone to be your girlfriend. Even if you could, it wouldn't be a very happy relationship, becuase she (and you) would know that it isn't what she really wants. So, what you need to do is settle with being just friends, and take it from there. They say the best relationships come from friendships, so most likely if anything did happen from a friendship it would be beneficial to you and her. And if she really doesn't like you like that, move on. Nothing is worse than a guy hanging on to something he can't have. That not only turns off the girl you like, but other girls as well, hurting your chances with any other relationships.
Just remember, you can't persuade someone to like you. Just be yourself, and if you do choose to be friends with her, take it (slowly) from there. Let the chips fall where they may.

If you have to persuade her, it wouldn't be a very good relationship anyway. Wouldn't you rather be with somebody who's crazy about you?

Well in the first place you should of been the one to ask her to her face girls hate it when guys ask other ppl to ask them out for you its annoying. Plus if she doesn't like you she doesn't like you. But you can try to talk to her YOURSELF and get to know her better let her get to know you better then maybe she'll trust you more and that'll maybe convince her to at least give you a chance but I can't promise anything.
