ok im really tryin to loose 10lbs...im 5'4 127lbs....i work out acouple times a week...and normally im good when i want to loose weight....but im always hungry i feel like! and always eating the wrong things...like if i go to my friends house and just ate and he or shes eating chips or cookies i cant help but grab some! lol my question is....how do u get over eating when ur not hungry. if i had the answer id def had lost my weight by now! grrrr...loosing weight sux!

There are some things you just have to say "no" to. That's the way it is in life. Turn away from those snacks and cookies. Have a piece of fruit instead.
