ok im really tryin to loose 10lbs...im 5'4 127lbs....i work out acouple times a week...and normally im good when i want to loose weight....but im always hungry i feel like! and always eating the wrong things...like if i go to my friends house and just ate and he or shes eating chips or cookies i cant help but grab some! lol my question is....how do u get over eating when ur not hungry. if i had the answer id def had lost my weight by now! grrrr...loosing weight sux!
