I know some Spanish and this doesn't match with that. I'm guessing Italian, and when I put it on

It's Italian, and man my Italian's rusty...
Pretty sure the first sentence is: She said "I don't know".
And then (don't know, did something to me hard again a bit) and said not to take her like this
(then I don't know, but it could be something to the effect of wham bam thank-you ma'am and it should now be clear that)
