my 12 and 3/4 years old.
He thinks he's fat.
His wieght is about 150 pounds, he eats a bit of junk but moslty healthy, he wears a size 34 pants and wears boys 14/16, and he is about 59 inches tall.
can u rate that form 1-10 10 being best shape or somthing like good great awsome?

12 years old, under 5' and 150 lbs is fat. a 34" waist on a male so young is a very bad sign that he has a genetic predisposition for easy weight gain. 70% of overweight 10-13 year olds grow up to be overweight adults. now is the time that he needs to make some drastic changes in his diet and daily level of exercise. everyone whether they are 6 years old, 16 or 60 all need at least 60 minutes of continuous exercise daily.

Probably not too fat. At his age I was over 300 and over a 50" waist. I kept gaining as I became a teenager and was over 450 in high school. He seems fine. My parents were fine with my size since I was well adjusted and doing very well in school.

here is a link that will actually calculate his body mass (how much fat he has) and will tell you if he is overweight or not.
Just enter his birthday, the date he was weighed, how tall he is, and the weight.
This is what doctors use to know if a child is overweight or not.

he is about a 6 i am 13 and my weigth is 242 pounds ps. watch him you do not whant him to be anaric or ballimic
