If your parents cannot get you to school in a state/area where compulsory education is law, then you could be made a "ward of the state" and put into a state run facility.

It depends in which state. In the state of Tennessee they send your parents to jail if you are under the age of 18

You and your parents will be arrested and fined. They will be released and you will be sent to a juvenile detention center that has educational facilities connected. Well, thats in Texas anyway.
