Maybe, only fine that the parents must pay because the culprit is a minor.

Like most states, if it's a first conviction your child will probably be forced to do community service, pay a fine, plus the company could sue if they felt the need to, or make you pay for money put in on the companies part for paper work. Jail time is VERY unlikely, but it will be on his record as a juvenile. As a cop I have to say this...Sit down with your child and teach him or her the importance of why they shouldn't break the law. It will catch up to them eventually.
