I have a 2.58lb Chicken Breast stuffed with a Cranberry and Apple stuffing....Not quite sure how long to cook it. I feel like 350 for 30 minutes or so is good, but I'm not sure. Anyone have expert advice?

Until it reaches 165F; maybe about 35 minutes but you really should make sure the temperature is correct-

It may take less time, since the 'meat' is thinner because its sliced in half. The stuffing does need to reach 165 because you can get sick- especially if whoever prepared it stuffed the raw chicken with warm stuffing- who knows??

350 for 30 mins is quite accurate!
Just after 30 mins take it out and poke a fork into the chicken breast and if the juices are clear then its ready. If they are not, put it back in for a lil while longer.

Preheat the oven to 375 . Bake 15 minutes, then baste the breasts. Bake at least 35 more minutes.

You can't be too careful with poultry. It MUST be thoroughly cooked.

Enjoy
