Agree with Ron M, it's really too huge of a tool to learn "how to use" in one day. You have to know exactly what you want to do and go from there.
Once you figure this out, try the below site (search it) to find a tutorial for what you want to do :)

Photoshop is to extensive to allow instruction on a forum like this. Your best bet would be to buy a "teach yourself" manual at one of your local office supply or book stores.
