This cycle of the Mayan calendar ends Dec. 21 2012. Technically their calendar goes for millions of years afterward, but this is like a big round number (2000?) in their numerical system which tends to attract a lot of end of the world theories.

There are those of us who believe that A)Christ will be coming back quickly B)The Myan and Aztecs calenders end on December 21st, 2012.
Thats what its based on, but does anyone actually KNOW? Nope, unfortunatly.
If you really want to know when The End is going to happen- watch when RFID's are put into humans and watch when the Nation of Isreal rebuilds the temple in jerusalem for the 3rd time.

December 21 2012 is the Mayan calculation for the end of this 'cycle' but no one is sure what the 'cycles' are about... maybe it means the end of an 'era' or maybe the end of life as we know it. What we do know is that they have calculated the current phases of the moon correctly from thousands of years ago...
so this is the only 'warning' that has me on the edge :)

The Mayan Calendar ends 21 Dec 2012. That doesn't mean the world will, but several groups of people think it will for that reason.

The Bible states that it is a world without end. Jesus said that no one knows the time except God in heaven, not even the angels in heaven and not even Christ Himself. He wasn't referring to the "end of the world", but to the end of the world as we know it. The Lord will return after the 7 years of tribulation and set up His kingdom for 1,000 years. The evil will be sentenced to eternity in hell and His believers will reign with Him for ever and ever.

the world will end when Jesus comes down to gather His followers. then the world will go 7 years in a tribulation. this is when horrible things happen to the world. the ones that are left behind will have the choice to follow Christ, but they will be put through horrible times. persecution, death, tourture. that's when the followers of Christ will be recognized. so, the world won't end until Jesus comes. read the prophets and revelation to find out more

they also said Saddam hussien had chemical weapons..you have to pick up where the rest went wrong. Do your investigations..I personally don't believe it. Although with creditors, and all this technology, that would be refreshing to lead the Army of God, rather than type on my cpu....look into the Sumerians...that might help a little.

Jesus said these words{ not even the son of man would know the day nor the hour] So tell your friends not to worry because Jesus is coming and that's only when the Father tells Him to return for the Christians. Telling the future is of Satan and it comes from predictions of lies.Now you know that your loved and read the book of Revelation and seek what God has to say.

If you go by the scriptures they say that no man knows the time when Christ will return. Your friends have no idea, don't worry about it. And if you are worried maybe you need to ask yourself what you are doing now that would make you nervous to meet Christ, and change that. Just a thought.
