If you are asking sexual orgasm, that is hard to answer because she is a individual. Each person is different. Try talking to her and find out what she likes and don't like. Most people don't feel comfortable talking about sex with their other partner. Find out what she likes during foreplay and be more understanding of her wants and desires. List to her body and don't move so fast while making love, and remember that your lady comes first in all things. Always put her needs above your. This is not something that you will learn over night, it takes time to learn how to listen and read a women's body, but it can be one hell of a fun lesson to learn.

You have narrowed down 10,000 to 10 extremely easily with some big exaggerations. How many girls 17 - 21 are related to you? How many midgets, blind people or disabled people do you see in comparison to 'regular' people? How many people do you know 17 - 21 are engaged or married? I would guess that the answer to all these questions is 'not many'. To be fair you can't say people have 'bad personalities' until you get to know them. If people move away surely new people will move in? When people get into relationships other people break up as well. What's to stop you from moving out of the area (possibly when you're older)? I haven't covered all the situations you mention but I'm sure there's still several thousand possible girls for you to meet out of those 10,000. I hope you see the point I'm making. Good luck!

To be honest the best thing to do is ask her!
Every woman is different and like stimulation in certain areas some like internal some external.
Also if she does pelvic floor exercise that can also intensify orgasm.
But it does take practise you have to be open with each other and experiment in what works and what isn't as good.
If she is comfortable with you she will be willing to tell you what she likes and what she doesn't.

How about trying to learn what turns her on and gets her going during the act. Slam, Ban, Thank you ma'am rarely works if you want a lasting relationship. Make it worth the bother for her.
