Looking to spend under $100.00 if possible and something that can go in the shower and get wet.

She asked for it, so there is no worries there about being off kilter or offending her.

Just get a Vibrance Venus.
They are pretty cheap, but they are electric and I use it in the shower.
You'd have to buy some extra blade tops, but its fine.
I don't think a fancy expensive one is really necessary.

Don't know about women's razors, but Norelco, Braun and the like are good razors.

HOWEVER - I don't know what kind of relationship you have with this woman, but an electric razor as a present sounds a little off-kilter to me.

Unless she asked for this as a gift, DON"T DO IT! i am sure you can find something better to spend $100 on.

I don't really know, but most guys I've known who use them have the Norelco ones with the three circular blades.
