It would be correct to say the typical clothing of England consists of ...
The problem is that typical clothing varies depending on the season, the occasion and the person wearing the clothes (age, social class etc).
Formal clothing for a man would be a suit, with a shirt and tie. Most men only dress like this for important occasions or for job interviews.
Informal clothing is more varied and could be jeans, t-shirt and sport shoes. This is common in all levels of society but is almost a daily uniform for many working class people while if weekend wear for the middle classes.
Sportswear is everyday clothing for some men, most likely working class and unemployed.
On the whole the English do not dress well at all. The middle classes tend to wear old fashioned clothing while the working classes tend to put fashion before style.

In England it is true that the way you dress defines your class.
A suit is Jacket and Trousers (pants in USA English) cut in the same material. It may have an inner waistcoat, with small buttons.
All this is worn with a collared shirt and a tie.
If you wear this suit among the wrong class, you will be laughed at. These clothes may be worn by a Solicitor or Barrister or Doctor, or Professor.
These clothes will also be inappropriate at different times of the day.
Find pictures of business men, see how they dress in England. But be careful, many pictures are of American business men. English call some American Clothes - Loud.
Especially if Check material.

I think you mean what makes for the typical English suit.
I wear back trousers, a black jacket/blazer (chaqueta de uniforme do colegial o do socio de club) with a smart shirt and tie.

your question is not clear but maybe you are trying to say---"what does the typical english suit consist of ?"-but it would be better maybe to say outfit or costume instead of suit
