No fresh apple juice will not fatten. In edible apple with skin out of total food value of 100 grams the total fat content is on 0/17 gr. which is very much less than 2% in fruits. In juice is will be less than 1%. So treetop apple juice, I feel you are meaning the fresh apples, is not at all fatty and you can withouts fear consume. But limit to to 2 or 3 glasses a day as you have to take other food containing other food values-

It's not a good idea to drink a lot of juice - 6 fluid ounces is a serving size.

All fruits contain simple sugars and you get a lot of sugar by drinking the juice. It's better to eat the fruit than drink the juice.

Juices have a lot of sugar and not a lot of benefits...my doctor equates them to uncaffinated/carbonated soda. If you are going to drink juice make sure you are drinking sugar free 100% juice juices (Tree Top is not, that is what I give my kids).

I'd switch to non-concentrate apple juice, "concentration" on labels are deceptive cause concentrations tend to have a lot of water, sugar, and high frictose corn syrup in them.... non-concentrate apple juice tastes better and is easy enough to find

Look at the sugar content. If there is more than 12 grams of sugar in a serving, yes its too sugary for a diet

look to see if the sugar is fructose rather than glucose. if it is fructose, you shouldn't worry as much. they burn much faster than glucose, but you gotta be active.
