Upgrading to Paint Shop Prox2?

I currently have Paint Shop Pro X
Is it worth it to Upgrade to Paint Shop Pro X2.
Does it have newer features? Because if it is just a new look to Paint Shop Pro X I am not going to pay $150.00 to upgrade to a new look. Please tell me if it is worth upgrading.

Some times the upgrade are minor details. Unless they offer two version of it.
