I'm looking forward to buy a diamond ring for my wedding hence I would like to know if its a suitable stone for me.

Sagittarius is too broad a category to choose ideal stone. If you believe in the beneficial effects of stones then you should get your horoscope examined and get individualized predictions.The stone of choice depends on your birth star ,present dasa,malefic planets and their positions apart from raasi. At times their effects are compared to your present state of health and prosperity or otherwise and the most suitable is advised. If you don't believe stongly and only wanted to find out incidentally then forget about it and wear stone of your and your sweetheart's liking. Planetary influences and horoscope do have scientific basis based on gravitational forces exerted and time being a dimension like height ,weight etc., according to Einstein but there are no documented experimental evidence in the framework of typical scientific observations. It is upto you to believe it or otherwise.

A Diamond is a traditional choice for engagement rings and wedding rings. Of course now it's all about your style. You don't want to try out a new stone with this special ring, so go with what you really love. Birthstones are a nice choice, but you can't go wrong with a diamond!!! The other things you have to consider are the cut, clarity, color, and caret.

Any stone that you love is suitable. I'm a Sagittarius, and my engagement ring has diamonds, and my wedding ring has rubies (all of the stones were family jewels given to me by my mother-in-law). I love my rings and don't care one bit whether anyone else disapproves.

If you are good for her/him any stone(literally stone) is good.All this nonsense about certain s tar clusters ruling destiny has its origin in Greece. The Greeks made a valiant attempt to study the movement of the starts. They found that the planet movements w ere rather irregular or did not fit in the scheme of things evolved by them. They thought that these irregular movements must have some significance and from this developed the idea of their ruling the destinies of man. These movements have since been known to follow certainrules and the mystery about them is no more a mystery. In fact this planets ruling destinies of man is pecular to Greece. It had no place in India until it was copied fromthe Greeks. In fact the Hindus were so impressed by the Greeks that the great Varah Mihir unreservedly alloted them a superior position tothis in his books. However, with the resolution of the movements of the planets it does not behove the thinking man to fall a prey to such prejudices.

peridot is not the stone for december, as one poster suggested. anyway, diamonds are classic and go with any sign. my husband and i are both cancers so our stones are rubies. my wedding band has two rubies (to represent the two of us) that alternate with diamonds. so, there are three diamonds and two rubies in a straight line creating a 5-stone ring. each ring is .25 cts for a total of 1.25 cts. it's lovely and i get a lot of compliments on it. consider combining a diamond with a stone that is significant to you (perhaps the month you met, the month you plan to marry, or your birthstones) to make the ring more personal or symbolic if all diamonds seems to go against your sagittarian soul.

I think A diamond's okay, but Blue Topaz is the birthstone for December. My previous suggestion of a Peridot was a mistake. But look at the chart on the first link in the sources I've give you.
Another suggestion is to taker your soon-to-be spouse's birth stone and work it with your birthstone and a diamond for a truly meaningful piece.

Sagittarius is stared from 23 November to 21 December .Your suitable stones are Yellow Ruby and Topaz. Agate, Aqua and Star sapphire are worst for you so don’t use them.

Diamond is the only stone which will never do any harm to anyone.It's supposed to be good for all.Diamond is meant for Venus.It's good for you if you wear one ring of diamond.
