Yes, he changed teams, sponsors and car # as well for 2008.This is great for all Dale Jr fans, he will actually have the chance to get out there and win some races, make the chase and have real chance at at championship..

Like everyone said, he's #88 now, with amp (mountain dew) and national guard as sponsors. At least that means his diecasts won't be altered versions in the regular stores, if you're a collector.
