No caffinated beverages, and 6 hours sleep.
If my boyfriend is in town, that's 6 caffinated beverages and no hours sleep.

I drink approximately 4 caffeinated drinks an afternoon (somedays greater, some much less) and that i sleep 6-8 hrs a nighttime consistent with while i circulate to mattress. The caffeine does not seem to impact me by way of fact I consistently sleep till the alarm is going off whether I nod off at 8 or not sleep till later to observe a action picture or some thing. reality learn, I often nod off surprisingly early no count how lots I easily have had to drink that day or how late I drink it.

6-8 (Dr. pepper girl) and I sleep as long as I want. Usually 8-10 hours depending on if I have to work that day or not.

I typically have a couple of cups of coffee a day...a soda now and then (one or two a week maybe).
I typically get about 7 hrs of sleep a night. Caffiene rarely affects my sleep unless I've been to Starbucks.
