I was playin gspin the bottle and i kissed one girla dn she said i was kind of a bad kisser, i think it was becaus ei have chapped lips alllll the time. what else could it be if it isn't that?

Yeah, chapped lips are a no-no.
I hate kissing chapped lips and just looking at them. If you think it's because of your lips then you should start carrying around chapstick, blistex, or carmex with you at all times.
Also, make sure when you're kissing to have passion. With passion, a kiss becomes AMAZING.

Chapped lips, bad breath or really really wet kisses that involve too much tongue is the worst. I'm guessing youre a kid, so you are just gonna have to improve with age and practice.

soft lips - I hate it when a guy lips are all stiff, you need to relax, but not to the point of sloppy
not too much tongue
not too much spit
not to hard, like to press into my face
as I already said, not too sloppy
not too much movement, and not too fast. I also hate it when guys open and close their mouths so fast and often I imagine they look like a fish out of water gasping for breath.
More slowly, almost lazily.

First of all, get some chap stick for your lips then try to make your kiss gentle, tender and sweet. not too much tongue.

ummm yeah i think that most us girls want passion and love in a kiss. (if you have chapped lips too, that makes it worse, but yeah.(p.s. use chapstick if you want to get rid of that! lol )) i think that you might just have bad technique or something, maybe she was just looking for something different. People have different opinions in that case. :)

How old are you? What type of kiss was it? Those variables matter. If you're too young and tried tongue she may have been freaked out. You might have slobbered, maybe you bumped your teeth into hers. We need more information to be definitive.

Well here are a few things NOT to do:
practicly choke her with your tongue!
being too rough
too sloppy...too wet of a kiss lol
not feeling comfortable about it.
