Yes, you can probably bring another male puppy into your household. Unless he is an older puppy (older that 6 months or so) the puppy will probably readily submit and accept the dominant status of your older male. You can reinforce your older dog's dominance by making sure he gets first food, treats, attention, and other special goodies.

There's a good chance that Jack/Bull mix is going to be all over that puppy as soon as you get him home. Jacks are notorious for dog aggression and bull terriers can be stubborn.
I have 2 male, neutered terriers. I got them both at the same time, and although they are not litter mates, they're from the same breeder and have been to together from birth. One is very dominant. The 2 will scrap from time to time, but they're pretty good together bacause the little guy is clearly submissive. But the dominant dog is very unpredictable around other dogs and will square off with any dog that does not submit. And with puppies? Forgetaboutit. He will not tolerate puppies - male or female.
I asked a behaviorlist and my vet about him - they both said, "typical male terrier behavior".
If you still want to get the other dog, I would arrange a play date for the 2 dogs, with you close at hand. If the Jack strikes, then no way.
At Jack Russel events, they set up a kiddie wading pool with water so when the Jacks fight and lock up, they simply pick up the dogs and toss them in the water - easiest way to separate them.
Good luck.

Not if the pups are from one litter with 2 males... If you want pure bred you need to breed a Yorki with a Yorki. It will be a mix if its a Yorki and jack Russel.

If you are talking about two INTACT males...NO. Not unless you are prepared for a LOT of troubles that will last as long as the dogs do.

make sure your dog is neutered and monitor closely when you bring the new pup home... best to introduce them on neutral territory,, for instance, at a friends house,, then drive them BOTH home in your car...
