How old is he? Is he neutered? The vet can remove the baby teeth at the same he is neutered. And if he is neutered, change vets - they should have 1) waited until the dog had reached the age where it should have lost all of it's baby teeth, and 2) removed the baby teeth when the dog was neutered.

No, that is a defect. Common in small dogs. You should have the baby teeth pulled by the vet or it can mess up the bite and food and bacteria get trapped in between and cause premature decay!!!!

It is something that you should see a vet about I worked for a few vets and this may cause a problem with him as he gets older but they can do a dental treatment and it will be less stress on him if you do it sooner then later. Hope everything turns out good for you too.
