You poor girl! You're right, this isn't funny at all. If my boyfriend was flirting with my best friend, I'd be super mad already, but if he actually said something like that, I'd totally dump him! Someone who makes you cry and then treats it as a joke is NOT the kind of person you want to be with. If I were you, I would dump him. If you really, really, REALLY love him, you should talk to him about your feelings. He's your boyfriend, and he should respect you! Feel better, love!
