Yes. Not because she is dead, but because we don't pray to people. Well, she did die, but her soul lives on in heaven.
Yes.
Perhaps. Yes. Depends on if you use it as a tool to count, or if you attribute some magical power to it.
No. Mary doesn't speak back.
I'm completely serious with my answers, according to the scriptures. I'm not being light or mocking. Mary was a human just like everyone else and God chose her to be the vessel by which His Son appeared on earth. God always uses the common things when He really glorifies Himself (not the thing He uses). Mary is certainly to be admired, but never worshiped or prayed to as if she were more than a mortal being. No scripture indicates such behavior. None. Nada. Zip. That's man adding to the scripture, for which there is a very severe penalty.

Hmm, I truly see your problem. I cannot give you an answer that helps you completely but try to make an end of it by holding a speech for this boy. If you go to the church and hold a picture of the boy in your hand for then holding a speech ending with something like: "...I am sad for your sake and will so forever be but I cannot have you in my mind as I have got since it interfere my normal life..." Then you light a candle for this boy. I think it might help to improve things at least.

It is wrong to pray to Mary. But even in the Koran her name was mentioned, so she is some one special. Praying to Mary & the saints was made by the catolic church & Bible does not say that.

You pray to Jesus Christ.
John 14:6 (NIV) Bible
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

First off, people are not 'praying to Mary' they ask her to pray.
The Rosary is a meditation device, similar to other religions.
Ouija boards & conjuring spirits are occult practices.
They are not focused on G*D, but in league with the devil.

Is there even a scripture in the Christian NT that says people are even to pray to Mary to be a mediator in the first place???

Mary isn't dead. No Christian who has died since the coming of Christ is actually dead. In John 3:16 we see that no-one who believes in Christ will die, but they will have eternal life.
Therefore your question is moot. Mary is very much alive, as are all Christians, so asking her to pray for us is not 'conjuring' the dead.

The rosary doesn't work anything like a Ouija board, nor does it have anything to do with conjuring spirits. Ouija boards themselves are toys, and little else. Or are you convinced that every aspect of every faith that is different from yours is the work of Satan?

Praying to Mary is not supported in the Bible.
Everyone says they "ask" Mary to pray to God for them. Why not just pray directly to God yourself? If you "ask" her to pray for you, you are really praying to her to pray for you. It is nonsense to me.

Are you missing half the story about the last days?
Most of the discussion of the end times focuses on the coming Antichrist - but he is only half the story. Many are amazed to discover in Revelation 17 that there is also another mysterious character at the heart of prophecy - a woman who rides the beast. Who is the woman? Tradition says she is connected with the church of Rome. But isn't such a view outdated? After all, today's Vatican is eager to join hands with evangelicals [unchanging Rome has changed again] and all religions worldwide. "The Catholic church has changed." is what we hear. Or has it? In "A Woman Rides the Beast", biblical truth and global events present a well - defined portrait of the woman and her powerful place in the Antichrist's future empire. At least ten remarkable clues in Revelation 17 and 18 prove the woman's identity beyond any reasonable doubt. The Berean
