Rhodotorula and Geotrichum are species of fungi. Neither one is commonly seen as a cause of infection, other than in immunosuppressed individuals. Both are quite common in the environment. Rhodotorula is a yeast. Geotrichum is a mold. Treatments, if there is a verified infection, will depend on the severity of disease process and health status of the patient.

you need to learn how to spell...no one can answer your question when there is no sense to the words you have put down for some sort of disease process. I can tell you that there is nothing like what you have put down here in the medical dictionary.
