I am having the same problem. I am 24, 5'2 and weigh about 5 lbs lighter. I am going to suggest that you try and lose about 10 more lbs. and you middle should flatten or do more crunches.

Goodluck!

Try those exercises where you bend over and rotate your upper body around in a circle. I did those when I was young and lost 3 inches off my waist.

a good ab work out ,, like a pilates ball ,, crunches and leg lifts with the ball between your feet target your ab area and will help develop you ab muscles so they show through any out lying fat..

sounds like an improper eating schedule and diet. you have to work off more calories than you intake. I suggest readjusting your diet to cut out unnecessary foods and fats.

clearly if you are working hard enough the only other factor is your diet, try drinking a little less or buying more veggies.

it's impossible to target fat burn, that is do an exercise to burn fat in one area, try more/more intense cardio to lower your overall bodyfat %
