I would say Arm & Hammer baking soda and peroxide. It does wonders and it doesn't affect your enamel. The thing is other toothpaste have whitening which will harm your enamel. Also these toothpaste have a good taste unlike other toothpastes. Hope that helps. Also ADA proof.

Crest is awesome..I have used it for years. In my opinion, Colgate is just as good..but personal pref. leans toward CREST! Take care and Happy brushing.

It depends on what you're looking for... toothpaste is not required in order to "clean" your teeth... brushing alone does that.
If you have a lot of cavities, then a toothpaste with fluoride might be helpful. If you have a lot of tartar build up, then a tartar control toothpaste. If you have sensitive teeth, thena sensitive teeth toothpaste.
Pick a flavour you like, with benefits you're looking for.
