I've been made fun of in school about my weight alot, alot of my friends call me a fatty and things like that.I really need help on tips or advice to help me become more healthy. Im currently 4'8 and weigh 99 pounds. First i would like to know if this is an average weight? and second i would like tips on physical activaties,daily actvites i can do to burn the fat,a healthy diet choice, and just what i can do to prove to my friends that hardwork and determination pays off.

Start playing tag. Run around a lot. Even play hide and seek in your house if you're not too mature for hide and seek.

Do you have a bike? Ride your bike around the neighborhood. Have a basketball, start shooting hoops.

Just play outside. :)

There are some people that would really want to weigh 99 pounds right now. I think your weight is fine for your age and height.

Just start eating healthy and try getting more physical activity. Go to this site and it gives easy ways to burn calories.

haha, you're just a little tubby boy aren't you. tubby. hahahhaa. yeah so just join a sport, if you get good at it, itll get really fun and then you just lose weight without knowing youre losing weight

BMI Chart:
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
your BMI is 22.2 so you are normal weight for your height and weight..

join a sport - its good motivation to get in shape and its also fun and you'll meet new people
